32 years old Kaylee Bell (born in 1990) is a musician and singer from New Zealand who rose to popularity after appearing in blind auditions in the famous singing reality show “The Voice Australia.”
When Bell came for auditions, she sang “Keith,” her original song. As soon as she started singing, the judges knew that some talented singer had arrived, so it did not take much time to decide that they wanted to press “Yes” for her.
As soon as she finished singing, Rita Ora asked Kaylee, “Did I hear what I thought I heard? Did you say Keith’s name in a song?” Bell replied, ” It sure is. I wrote it over in Nashville a couple of years ago with two buddies of mine.”

Jessica Mauboy also gave many compliments to Kaylee and told her that she would fight to get on her team. When Keith was about to provide Bell with his remarks, Mauboy pressed the block button to keep Kaylee off Keith’s team, making everyone laugh.

Childhood, Family, and Love for Music
In 1990, Kaylee Bell (age 32 years) took birth in Waimate, Canterbury, New Zealand, at her parents’ home. Bell’s dad is a firefighter who completed his 50 years of service milestone in 2019, whereas her mother, Rose, is a homemaker. Stellar moments include twice performing on stage with one of her biggest idols, Whangarei-born Keith, aka Mr. Nicole Kidman, who Kaylee met after winning the high-profile Star Maker contest across the ditch.
Kaylee has also opened for the Dixie Chicks, but her childhood idol Shania has so far eluded her, even though she did talk to Shania’s husband and son backstage at one of Shania’s 2018 gigs in NZ.
When the pandemic struck, things were taking off for Kaylee, with streaming numbers and industry deals hitting the music world particularly hard, with live gigs canceled and travel impossible.
Based on Auckland’s North Shore, Kaylee is thankful she had a teaching degree to fall back on. She works part-time at a kindergarten which she terms as a lifesaver. She makes music with her young students and has also been busy creating new work at home with her partner Nick Campbell, a former guitarist and keyboard player for the band Midnight Youth.
