According to a report from Page Six, Natalie Portman has vociferously denied ever dating the singer-songwriter, Moby, who recently claimed he had a brief romance with her.
The 53-year-old said in his book, Then It All Fell Apart, that he met the 37-year-old actress in a dressing room once when he was 33-years-old and she was 20-years-old. Moby claims to have entered into a relationship with her and he even wanted to be her boyfriend, but she said she was seeing someone else.
Natalie said in a new interview that she remembers their supposed romance quite a bit different, in fact, she doesn’t recall it ever taking place at all – at least in the manner, he suggested. The Star Wars alum claimed Moby was actually very “creepy,” and she certainly didn’t date him.
During a conversation with Harper’s Bazaar, Natalie Portman said she was surprised to hear he described their brief time knowing each other that way because he was much older than her and she had just graduated high school.

Portman went on to say that she wasn’t 20-years-old at the time they knew each other either, she was 18-years-old. The star said there clearly wasn’t any fact-checking done by him or the publishing company that distributed his book.
According to the actress, she met him backstage one evening after one of his shows because she was a fan of his music, however, he was interested in her in a way that she didn’t think was appropriate.
In the singer’s book, he also claims to have rubbed his p*nis against the president of the United States of America, Donald Trump, during a party once. Moreover, Moby claims to have dated Christina Ricci back in the year 2000 when she was just 20-years-old.
Whether Moby is lying about his “romance” with Natalie or not, remains to be seen, however, hypothetically speaking, if he was, it wouldn’t be the first time a person from a book denied the claims made by another.
