High Fidelity star Zoë Kravitz married Karl Glusman last summer in a beautiful ceremony in front of family and friends. However, just because she’s a married woman, it doesn’t mean Kravitz is ready to start having babies.
Kravitz recently appeared on Dax Shepard’s Armchair Expert podcast, and she shared that she has felt pressure to start having kids since tying the knot with Glusman. This has resulted in pregnancy rumors, and that is offensive to Kravitz.

“A lot of people ask the question, ‘When are you gonna have a baby?’ or say things like, ‘When’s the baby?’ and I really get offended by people assuming that’s something that I have to do because society says so,” explained Kravitz.
The 31-year-old said that she is not in a place right now to have a baby because of her career, plus she likes her free time. Shepard – who shares two kids with his wife, Kristen Bell – advised Kravtiz to travel as much as possible before having kids.
Kravitz and Glusman started dating in 2017 and got engaged the following year. After Glusman popped the question, Kravitz broke the news during a 2018 interview with Rolling Stone and she said that she felt like she had known Glusman her entire life.
The Big Little Lies star described Glusman as one of the kindest and most honest people she has ever met. And, even though she hasn’t known him since she was a kid, she feels like she has.

“There’s this connection where it’s like we’ve always known each other, we’ve always lived together. It doesn’t feel like this foreign thing,” explained Kravtiz.
She noted that it feels like she and Glusman have a history, and then tried to clear up what she was trying to say. Kravitz said that sometimes you have a weird part of your personality that only your childhood friends know about, and she and Glusman have that “same part of our personalities, if that makes sense.”
